As part of the Gastronomic festival Eivissa Sabor 2016, a workshop will be held at the Pacha Hotel on Saturday 19th November 2016.

Commencing at 11am, Pacha chef Iñigo Rodríguez, will take the traditional version of the classic Ibizan Flao dessert and reinterpret it to a modern masterpiece.

The workshop info in Catalan is entitled “taller de cuina de flaons per a boixos i boixes”, which translates as Flao with boxwood and bushes or holly bushes – the mind boggles but regrettably our Catalan is not up to a correct translation – so let us know if you know.
