Tonight we’re here for Japan and I couldn’t be more nervous. I’ve eaten a lot of Sushi having spent a few years in Los Angeles, and I cannot compute how a feast of Japan’s greatest export is going to be even remotely good when it costs €15. If not for the fact that I have never had a bad meal here, I would probably not have made it through the front door.
