The Provincial Court of Palma has sentenced a Briton to a 2 year prison sentence for crimes against public health after the Brit was caught selling MDMA, Cocaine and Ketamine in San Antonio in the summer of 2016.

The sentence is to be suspended for 5 years after the prosecution reached an agreement with the defendant’s council, the accused was also issued a €1000 fine.     

The Court of Palma will also hear the case of a 31-year-old Spanish national who was arrested in May 2017 after being caught ‘offering narcotic substances to an unidentified third party’. The prosecution is requesting that the sentence be 3 years and 9 months in prison.
